Join us for the third installment of FAVELA FUNK! FAVELA FUNK 3 is the pre-after party for CBLA’s 17th International Capoeira Festival. An event full of dope beats, soulful art, unique performances, great vibes and an eclectic international crowd.

Maxwell’s initial foray into the medium was through a short lived pirate station. Since then his sets have graced KXLU, KPFK & KCRW and eventually his own weekly program on KPFK.
